We are currently looking for Sales Managers/Executives who can join us immediately and assist us in achieving our mission to become "The Market Leader" as the most luxurious hotel in Kuwait with employees who consistently provide exceptional and personalized levels of service to our guests. She/he is responsible for providing proactive action/support with regards to the sales growth and development of the hotel business. He / She will have to sell the Hotel in the local and overseas marketplace through a well defined Sales Solicitation program to ensure maximum exposure and sales productivity. Functions: • Drive the sales and marketing plan of the hotel. • Initiates marketing research in and out of the hotel, focusing on the client's needs. • Seeks out and contacts new accounts and regularly call on the established ones. Establishes sound working relationships with all clients. • Negotiates with the clients to achieve maximum profit while satisfying clients needs. • Attends to all the functions that take place in the hotel. • Keeps a positive attitude towards the hotel, the management team and within the community. • Set Targets with proper production and follow up processes. Skills • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrations / Mass Communications / Hotel and Restaurant Management or any other related field • 3-5 years experience in the same/ similar post as Sales Manager/Executive in a 5 Star Hotel • Bilingual (English and Arabic) • High Level of Confidence, with excellent PR and Communication skills • With excellent Drive for Results and with great Influencing skills • Computer literate (MS Office, Internet Research) Interested applicants can alternatively email your CV together with your educational and work experience certificates to recruitment@theregencykuwait.com. LCWU Conduct Entry Test 2011 Posted: 29 Aug 2011 12:19 PM PDT LCWU Conduct Entry Test 2011 On 29 August 2011. Lahore College For Women University will Conduct Entry Test 2011 on 29 August 2011. Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) has offered another entrance test in English Literature as well as in Fine Arts for those applicants who has passed O Level or has secured at least 700 marks in Matricular examination and could not take above said entrance test in previous attempt. Vice Chancellor Dr. Sabiha Mansoor told that entrance test in fine arts and English Literature will be held on 29th August at 10 am and 1 pm respectively.  O Level candidates are directed to submit their equalance certificate from Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore till 29th August and their merit list will be displayed on 6th September 2011.   Classes in all categories will start on 12th September 2011.

Punjab University has extended the last date for registration of private candidates who want to appear in BA/BSc Annual Examination 2012. The candidates can submit their registration forms and fee Rs 2,350 till September 15, 2012. The candidates who have passed Intermediate (FA/FSc/equivalent) Annual Examination 2010 are eligible for registration while candidates passing Intermediate Exam in Supppl Exam 2010 will have to attach attested photocopy of their failed result card.
