The Government of the Czech Republic offers a number of undergraduate, Master's and Doctoral scholarships within the framework of its Foreign Development Assistance Programme in support of the study of foreign nationals from developing countries at public institutions of higher education in the Czech Republic for 2012-2013 academic year.

IFS is a research council with international operations and the mission to build the scientific capacity of developing countries in sciences related to the sustainable management of biological and water resources. Since 1974, IFS has provided more than 7,000 Research Grants to young scientists in some 100 developing countries in Africa, Asia and the Pacific, and Latin America and the Caribbean.
New applicants wishing to apply for a research grant to IFS are invited to submit their research application form before the deadline.

The Mandela Magdalene College Scholarship for Postgraduate South Africa Students at University of Cambridge UK 2012

The Mandela Magdalene College Scholarships were announced in March 1995 when Nelson Mandela, then President of The Republic of South Africa, agreed to lend his name to the initiative.
The scheme results from collaboration between Mr. Chris von Christierson and other benefactors, the Cambridge Commonwealth Trust and Magdalene College, Cambridge. Up to three scholarships are offered each year. The scheme is administered on behalf of the University of Cambridge and Magdalene College by the Board of Graduate Studies (for admission to the University) and the Cambridge Trusts (for funding).
