A number of Oxford colleges offer Reach Oxford scholarships (formerly Oxford Student Scholarships) to students from developing countries who, for political or financial reasons, or because standard educational facilities do not exist, cannot study for a degree in their own countries. Scholarship winners will study at Oxford University, UK under any undergraduate course of study, except Medicine due to the course length and expense. The Swedish Institute Study Scholarships for Masters programmes are targeted at highly qualified students from 12 developing countries with which Sweden conducts long-term development cooperation. The Study Scholarships are awarded for studies in Sweden mainly on second cycle (Master’s level) from autumn 2011. Scholarships cover both living costs and tuition fees. A few scholarships will be awarded for studies at first cycle (undergraduate) level. Linköping University, Sweden offers the LiU International Scholarship for foreign students to study for Masters Program in 2012 The University offers scholarships to new students with excellent academic results. The scholarship is open for students who have applied for a master's programme at Linköping University through the online national application website (see link below) and who have chosen a programme at Linköping University as their first priority (ranked as No.1 out of 4), and who are required to pay tuition fees. Scholarships within the programme LiU International Scholarships will result in a tuition fee waiver of 50-100 % Eligibility Students who have applied for master's programmes at Linköping University And who have chosen a programme at Linköping University as the first priority (ranked as No.1 out of 4) And who are required to pay tuition fees Eligible Countries The scholarship is open for non-EU/EEA students who are liable to pay tuition fees. However the programme is not open for students from the following 12 countries: Bangladesh, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Kenya, Mali, Mozambique, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia.
