1Malaysia Student Discount Card (KADS1M) Posted: 19 Aug 2012 05:13 PM PDT Have you heard about 1Malaysia Student Discount Card (KADS1M) / Kad Diskaun Siswa 1Malaysia ? 1Malaysia Student Discount Card (KADS1M) was recently launched   by the Ministry of Domestic Trade And Consumer Affairs and are provided free to students at a Malaysian university pursuing a long term time period of 1 years and above. The KADS1M is a discount card where the card holder can enjoy discounts for any purchase any the participating organisation subject to the conditions set by the company took part. 1Malaysia Student Discount Card (KADS1M) objective The objectives of 1Malaysia Student Discount Card (KADS1M) is to help reduce the cost of living students at Higher Education Institutions public (IPT) and private (IPTS) across the country by giving them  a discounts via participating companies. The Benefit of KADS1M With 1Malaysia Student Discount Card a card holder will enjoy a discount up to 60 percent. Participating company in  KADS1M Currently, there are few companies participating in the KADS1M, the full list you can view KADS1M portal. The latest organisation that has confirmed their participation in 1Malaysia Student Discount Card (KADS1M) is Malaysia Airlines (MAS), MASwings and Firefly. MAS and MASwings will provide a 25 percent discount for domestic flights between Sept 1 and Dec 31, this year and 15 percent thereafter, to students from public and private institutions of higher learning (IHL). The students’ parents would also enjoy a 10 percent discount to attend their children’s induction and convocation.. Firefly was offering a 50 percent discount, free food and beverage, and 20 kg baggage for domestic economy flights, valid for one year from Aug 7. How to get 1Malaysia Student Discount Card (KADS1M) KADS1M are provided free of charge (FOC) to a Malaysian university students. 1Malaysia Student Discount Card will be distributed through the administration of the IPT.
