- None of your siblings awarded YTN scholarship
- For first semester candidates.
| | Academic Criteria | - Pass STPM 2010 and obtain at least 4 subjects with min of Gred B.
- Pass matriculation or foundation or diploma programme with min of CGPA 3.33
