Reach Oxford Scholarships for Undergraduate Students  for Developing Countries 2012, University of Oxford

A number of Oxford colleges offer Reach Oxford scholarships (formerly Oxford Student Scholarships) to students from developing countries who, for political or financial reasons, or because standard educational facilities do not exist, cannot study for a degree in their own countries.
Scholarship winners will study at Oxford University, UK under any undergraduate course of study, except Medicine due to the course length and expense.

Macquarie University Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarships for International students 2012/2013

Macquarie University International Scholarships (MUIS) are available across most courses to cover international tuition fees for study on campus at North Ryde in an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree.
Postgraduate courses not available under MUIS are Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Management, Master of Applied Finance (MAF), Master of Advanced Surgery and Master of Surgery.
Scholarships will be granted to cover the credit points required to complete a single undergraduate or postgraduate degree.

Each year the Heinrich Böll Foundation grants scholarships to approximately 1,000 undergraduates, graduates (Masters), and PhD students of all subjects and nationalities per year, who are pursuing their degree at universities, universities of applied sciences ('Fachhochschulen'), or universities of the arts ('Kunsthochschulen"). The Heinrich Böll Foundation support undergraduates and postgraduates- Masters and PhD students- in all subjects who embrace the Green cause, share the fundamental values of the Foundation, can demonstrate an excellent academic record, and are socially and politically active. The Foundation scholarships are awarded to German and international students in accordance with the guidelines provided by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and the Federal Foreign Office (AA).
